Palette
Palette is Atlanta Jewish Academy’s student-run High School magazine, founded by students with a commitment to “painting the full picture.” While the students behind the publication have changed over the years, that mission has remained at the heart of Palette.
Written, edited, and designed by AJA High School students, each issue covers the stories, events, ideas, and topics that matter to the AJA High School community and the broader Atlanta Jewish community. Through their work, students have the opportunity to share their perspectives and create a publication that reflects the voices and values of AJA High School.
Along the way, Palette staff develop valuable skills in journalism, writing, editing, design, and collaboration as they work together to produce a 35+ page magazine four to five times each school year.
More than a student publication, Palette is a snapshot of AJA High School life, created by students, for students, with the goal of painting the full picture.

2026 Jewish Scholastic Journalism Awards
Palette was recognized in the 2026 Jewish Scholastic Journalism Awards, earning two First Prize honors for excellence in student journalism and photojournalism.
