Roni Dar joins AJA this year from Hoshaya, Israel! Prior to her military service, she attended Midreshet Lindenbaum in Matat, Carmiel. There, she studied the world of Judaism and Halacha, as well as the importance of the Jewish tradition, group life, and volunteering as part of the daily routine. During her military service, Roni took on many roles. She was involved in recruitment, teaching, and training. She served as the head of a platoon in a military conversion course ('Nativ' course) in Kfar Etzion, and most recently as the Deputy Commander of the basic training course at the Education Department. Following her release from military service, Roni managed two Children's Clubs of twenty children, displaced due to the War in Eilat.
