Ms. Leslie McCabe
Ms. McCabe attended the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) for her bachelor's and master's degrees in Early Childhood Education. She has been a public and private school elementary teacher in both General and Special Education and has worked closely with students with differentiated academic and multisensory needs. Most recently she has been a Kindergarten teacher in the ECD department, a Georgia Pre-K teacher, and an environmental educator at the Dunwoody Nature Center implementing a variety of instructional models across a variety of educational settings. When not leading nature programs at the Dunwoody Nature Center or cheering on the DAWGS during SEC football season, Ms. McCabe lives in Dunwoody with her teenage son and daughter and enjoys hiking, discovering nature, reading, traveling and surfing.
