Mr. Byron is in his 13th year at AJA. Ever since he was a kid, he has loved reading and writing, especially science fiction and fantasy. His interests in literature prompted him to publish short fiction and poetry in local magazines and pursue a master's degree in English from the University of Louisiana. When he isn't teaching or reading adventure books, he enjoys hiking and geocaching with his family.
