Veracross Calendar Sync

Your AJA Veracross Household Calendar will contain information relevant to you and your household such as:

• Academic Dates such as:
  • Grading Period start and end dates
  • School Closure dates
  • Late Start Wednesdays
• School Events for your child(ren) and household
• Athletic Events for your child(ren)

On the Calendar Subscription Page, you also have the ability to subscribe to specific additional calendars. We generally recommend against subscribing to these calendars as they can easily overwhelm your personal calendar.

• Class Assignments for all or just one of your child(ren)
• Class Schedules for all or just one of your child(ren)

Use the same instructions above to synchronize these calendars if you would like to.

You also have the option, by selecting School Calendars at the top to subscribe to school-wide calendars.

These calendars include:

• All School Events calendar including:
  • Grading Period start and end dates for all divisions
  • School Closure dates for all divisions
  • Major Events for all divisions
• Calendars for each of the AJA Athletics Teams

Use the same instructions above to synchronize these calendars if you would like to.

Once your child is registered as a player on a team, your My Household calendar will automatically populate with all of the details for that team. Please reach out to our Athletic Director if your child would like to sign up for a sport.

You can also synchronize events for any AJA team by selecting School Calendars near the top of your screen, scrolling down to the team you wish to subscribe to and following the instructions above to add that calendar.

Once your child is registered to participate in a show, your My Household calendar will automatically populate with all of the details such as practices and show times. Please reach out to our Director of the Arts if your child would like to sign up for a show.
