Angela LaBarbera is native to Atlanta. She earned her Bachelors in Ecology from Brevard College in North Carolina, and she has always been passionate about the environment and spending time in nature. Angela has been teaching science for eighteen years, and she brings her love of the outdoors and passion for nature into her classroom.
During school hours, you can find Angela and her students working in the garden beds, exploring the flora and fauna in the outdoor classroom, and performing scientific experiments in her classroom. During the weekend, she hikes and forges for edible plants, kayaks, and spends time with her dog, Delilah.
