Rachel Staggs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia. She has worked as a substitute teacher with classes of infants and toddlers at Waseca Montessori School over the past two years. In her time at UGA, Rachel was a part of the county’s Gifted Task Force. Her favorite part of being a teacher so far has been getting to know students and helping guide them to what Rachel likes to call “lightbulb moments” in learning. She grew up with a strong background in music and enjoys sharing these experiences with students.
